Return & Refund

Upon receiving the product, the customer has a reasonable amount of time to inspect it.

If the customer chooses to purchase the product, payment for the product and shipping costs will be processed

If the customer decides not to purchase the product, they are responsible for the shipping cost.
Customers are expected to return products in the same condition as received, without any damage or alterations

Once a silver product has been delivered to the customer, no exchanges will be accepted.

.If the product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us immediately to initiate a return and replacement process.

حضرتك غيرت/ي رأيك من حقك ترجع/ي الاوردر و المندوب موجود و تكتفي بدفع تكلفة الشحن فقط.

اذا وصل الاوردر و به اي عيوب من الشحن اذا تكرمت/ي تكلمينا فورا على رقم هاتفنا الموضح على البوليصه في
وجود المندوب و توضحيلنا شكوتك و اذا ثبت اي عيب من الشحن سوف نتحمل نحن تكلفة الشحن كامله مع استرجاع المنتج بالكامل.

بعد الاستلام و المعاينه و الموافقه على المنتج لا يوجد استرجاع و استبدال
